Autumn Members’ Conference, 15 October

A day of short talks, honest panels and plenty of time to meet people doing business between Ireland and Azerbaijan. Members and guests are welcome.

Our Strategic Focus Areas

Six areas where we think Ireland and Azerbaijan have the most to gain from working together. They shape our events, our working groups and the conversations we have with decision-makers.

  • Trade and investment

Helping Irish and Azerbaijani companies find buyers, partners and investors on the other side, and making that first order or first office a little less daunting.

  • Energy and renewables

Azerbaijan is building wind and solar alongside its oil and gas, and Irish firms know a lot about the move to clean energy. We bring the two together.

  • Food and agriculture

From Irish dairy and beef on tables in Baku to Azerbaijani tea, fruit and wine in Irish shops, we help producers get their goods across the border.

  • Meaningful Working Groups

The IABA supports a number of topical Working Groups for its members, such as Aviation and Aerospace, Education and Jobs, ICT, Pharma and Medtech, SME and Startups

  • Technology and innovation

Connecting start-ups, software firms and fintech companies with partners and customers, and sharing what works in each market.

  • Networking & Events

We deliver a robust programme of high-impact events, including annual flagship gatherings, breakfast and lunch briefings, seminars, and sector-specific discussions featuring leading industry voices.
