Breakfast briefing: promoting Irish products and beverages in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan has a growing appetite for good food and drink, and Irish products have a great reputation there. But getting from a first conversation to a shelf in Baku takes some know-how.

Over breakfast, Leyla Hasanova, who chairs our Agri-food and Drinks working group, will be joined by two members who have made it work: an Irish cheesemaker and a Baku-based distributor. They’ll talk honestly about labelling, certification, finding the right partner and what they would do differently next time.
